M\u1ed1i li\u00ean h\u1ec7 gi\u1eefa d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ESG v\u00e0 t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng xanh<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">D\u1eef li\u1ec7u ESG \u0111\u00f3ng vai tr\u00f2 l\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o cho c\u00e1c m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ecbnh gi\u00e1 r\u1ee7i ro t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng. Khi doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f3 b\u00e1o c\u00e1o ESG minh b\u1ea1ch, c\u00e1c ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">&#8211; X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i v\u00e0 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ee7a d\u1ef1 \u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">&#8211; \u0110\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 r\u1ee7i ro li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i kh\u00ed h\u1eadu ho\u1eb7c thay \u0111\u1ed5i ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">&#8211; Ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t d\u1ef1 \u00e1n xanh th\u1ef1c ch\u1ea5t v\u1edbi c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u201ct\u1ea9y xanh\u201d (greenwashing).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ng\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ea1i, thi\u1ebfu d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ho\u1eb7c d\u1eef li\u1ec7u kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ki\u1ec3m to\u00e1n s\u1ebd l\u00e0m t\u0103ng chi ph\u00ed th\u1ea9m \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0 k\u00e9o d\u00e0i th\u1eddi gian ph\u00ea duy\u1ec7t, th\u1eadm ch\u00ed khi\u1ebfn kho\u1ea3n vay b\u1ecb t\u1eeb ch\u1ed1i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2. Th\u1ef1c tr\u1ea1ng minh b\u1ea1ch d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ESG v\u00e0 ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng xanh t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\"><b>2.1. D\u01b0 n\u1ee3 t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng xanh: Ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng l\u1edbn nh\u01b0ng gi\u1ea3i ng\u00e2n c\u00f2n ch\u1eadm<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Theo b\u00e1o c\u00e1o c\u1ee7a Ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc (c\u1eadp nh\u1eadt th\u00e1ng 11\/2025), t\u1ed5ng d\u01b0 n\u1ee3 t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng xanh to\u00e0n h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ea1t kho\u1ea3ng 750.000 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng, chi\u1ebfm kho\u1ea3ng 4,5% t\u1ed5ng d\u01b0 n\u1ee3 n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf. T\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n \u0111\u1ea1t 21%\/n\u0103m. D\u00f9 v\u1eady, nhu c\u1ea7u v\u1ed1n cho chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i xanh \u01b0\u1edbc t\u00ednh h\u00e0ng t\u1ef7 USD m\u1ed7i n\u0103m, t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng xanh v\u1eabn c\u00f2n khi\u00eam t\u1ed1n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\"><b>2.2. Ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng b\u00e1o c\u00e1o ESG c\u1ee7a doanh nghi\u1ec7p Vi\u1ec7t hi\u1ec7n nay<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Doanh nghi\u1ec7p Vi\u1ec7t Nam khi tri\u1ec3n khai b\u00e1o c\u00e1o ESG th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed1i m\u1eb7t v\u1edbi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Thi\u1ebfu nh\u1eadn th\u1ee9c v\u00e0 cam k\u1ebft t\u1eeb l\u00e3nh \u0111\u1ea1o: Coi ESG l\u00e0 g\u00e1nh n\u1eb7ng chi ph\u00ed thay v\u00ec c\u01a1 h\u1ed9i chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n trong thu th\u1eadp d\u1eef li\u1ec7u: D\u1eef li\u1ec7u ph\u00e2n t\u00e1n \u1edf nhi\u1ec1u b\u1ed9 ph\u1eadn, kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1ed1 h\u00f3a, thi\u1ebfu quy tr\u00ecnh chu\u1ea9n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ngu\u1ed3n l\u1ef1c h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf: Thi\u1ebfu nh\u00e2n s\u1ef1 c\u00f3 chuy\u00ean m\u00f4n v\u1ec1 ESG v\u00e0 c\u00f4ng c\u1ee5 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">L\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn v\u00e0 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng khung b\u00e1o c\u00e1o: B\u1ed1i r\u1ed1i tr\u01b0\u1edbc nhi\u1ec1u ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n kh\u00e1c nhau.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u0110o l\u01b0\u1eddng t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng: Kh\u00f3 \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u01b0\u1ee3ng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 t\u00e0i ch\u00ednh c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c s\u00e1ng ki\u1ebfn ESG.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\"><b>2.3. Ba r\u00e0o c\u1ea3n ch\u00ednh\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">T\u1eeb g\u00f3c nh\u00ecn t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p, c\u00f3 ba r\u00e0o c\u1ea3n l\u1edbn khi\u1ebfn minh b\u1ea1ch d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ESG v\u00e0 t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng xanh ch\u01b0a ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n t\u01b0\u01a1ng x\u1ee9ng:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>R\u00e0o c\u1ea3n ph\u00e1p l\u00fd:<\/em> Vi\u1ec7t Nam ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c v\u1ec1 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 th\u00f4ng tin ESG \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi doanh nghi\u1ec7p. C\u00e1c h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn hi\u1ec7n h\u00e0nh c\u00f2n ph\u00e2n t\u00e1n, thi\u1ebfu t\u00ednh \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9, khi\u1ebfn doanh nghi\u1ec7p kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 c\u01a1 s\u1edf \u0111\u1ec3 chu\u1ea9n h\u00f3a b\u00e1o c\u00e1o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>R\u00e0o c\u1ea3n n\u0103ng l\u1ef1c<\/em>: \u0110\u1ed9i ng\u0169 qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb doanh nghi\u1ec7p v\u00e0 c\u00e1n b\u1ed9 t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng c\u00f2n thi\u1ebfu k\u1ef9 n\u0103ng thu th\u1eadp, x\u1eed l\u00fd v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3m \u0111\u1ecbnh d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ESG. Minh b\u1ea1ch d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ESG &#8211; Gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p m\u1edf d\u00f2ng v\u1ed1n xanh b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u0110\u1ec3 th\u00e1o g\u1ee1 c\u00e1c r\u00e0o c\u1ea3n tr\u00ean, c\u1ea7n c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9 t\u1eeb ba ch\u1ee7 th\u1ec3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\"><b>3.1.<\/b><b>\u00a0Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ban h\u00e0nh quy \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 th\u00f4ng tin ESG \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi doanh nghi\u1ec7p ni\u00eam y\u1ebft, doanh nghi\u1ec7p nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f3 quy m\u00f4 l\u1edbn (theo l\u1ed9 tr\u00ecnh c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">X\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c chu\u1ea9n m\u1ef1c qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf nh\u01b0 GRI, TCFD t\u1ea1o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n cho doanh nghi\u1ec7p ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn v\u1ed1n xanh t\u1eeb th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Tri\u1ec3n khai \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i thu\u1ebf, h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 t\u00e0i ch\u00ednh \u2013 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt, \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o v\u00e0 n\u00e2ng cao nh\u1eadn th\u1ee9c ESG, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t cho SME.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\"><b>3.2.
